The year 2045. A man arrives on Mars. From far away, he will gaze upon the images he has brought with him of his distant home: the mountainous jungles of Vietnam and its unique indigenous minorities. The young filmmaker Minh Quý Trương composes a nourishing essay about the feeling of belonging somewhere, about the creation, memory and ethics of images by making an ethnographic study combined with elements of science fiction.
