A home movie from the 1950s bursts onto the screen. Then, several voices read a science fiction story in which Alan, a private detective in the Big City, investigates a case that will lead him to question his childhood memories.
Los materiales sensibles is a linear film/installation/film performance project that attempts to re-signify a film from the director's film archive by reading a fake manuscript found in a flea market, one written in the style of pulp science fiction.

After majoring in Audiovisual Communication at the Complutense University of Madrid, he earned a Master's Degree in Film Production and Distribution at the Escola de Producció Audiovisual de Catalunya EPAC/ECIB - Mallerich, and also won the Production Award at the FILMADRID International Film Festival for his short film 2006 The Only Year That I Remember. His work is tied to experimental film and first-person documentary, with special interest in filming everyday life and the captivating (and phantasmagoric) nature of home movies. He is currently developing his first feature film, Los materiales sensibles, which was selected at the festival L'Alternativa to join the Mentoring Projects laboratory. He is currently working as an editor and video creator at Filmin.
